■Bucket will not close

(1)The cylinder slips when it is starting to close

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Air inside cylinder Bleed air.
Not enough oil Add oil.
Broken electromagnetic valve Replace.
Broken check valve Replace.

(2)Edges open after closing

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Air inside cylinder Bleed air.
Top frame and movable frame are touching Remove the buffer adjustment panel in the upper portion of the movable frame.


■Bucket will not open

(1)Sometimes will not open

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Radio frequency interference Wait, then resume.
Poor antenna sensitivity Check antenna.
Transmitter in a bad location Move to a location without interference.
Batteries – low voltage Charge the battery or replace it.

(2)Will not open from the start

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Did not Turn ON the power. Turn ON the power.
Insufficient charging of battery Charge the battery or replace it.
Too much oil Reduce to an appropriate amount.

(3)Stops opening midway

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Dead battery Replace the battery.
Connectors unplugged Check connections.
Circuit disconnected inside receiver Check circuit connections.
Broken transmitter/receiver Replace with a back up.

(4)Stops moving midway

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Radio frequency interference Wait, then resume.
Button not held down for long enough Hold until fully open.


■Bucket opens midway

(1)Opens a little

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Air inside cylinder Bleed air.

(2)Continues opening (all the way)

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Clogged valve due to contamination Change the oil, clean the tank, replace the valve.
Cylinder oil leak Replace the packing.
Broken valve Replace the valve.


■Trouble with radio control

(1)The receiver will not light up

Possible causes Troubleshooting
The power switch is not on Turn ON the power.
Bad battery connection Reconnect.
Battery not charging Replace the battery.
Internal trouble Replace with a back-up (manufacturer repair).

(2)The receiver will not light up

Possible causes Troubleshooting
The power switch is not ON Turn ON the power.
Batteries inserted incorrectly Insert correctly.
Battery not charging Replace the battery.
Internal trouble Replace with a back-up (manufacturer repair).

(3)The receiver relay is not working

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Radio frequency interference (short term) Wait a moment, then operate.
Poor antenna connection Reconnect.
Internal problems with transmitter/receiver Replace with a back-up (manufacturer repair).

(4)The electromagnetic valve is not working; the pilot lamp above the electromagnetic valve turns ON when the transmitter button is pressed.

Possible causes Troubleshooting
Poor connection between receiver and electromagnetic valve Reconnect.
Electromagnetic coil is burned out Replace.
Problem with internal valve Replace.
